They claimed 6 days to produce my glasses, but weeks later, there's still no sign of them. Their customer service bot was worthless, and I honestly doubted there were any human reps at all. I had ordered for a trip, thinking "no problem, it will take a few weeks," but that trip has come and gone, and I have no date in sight for my order. I’m utterly disappointed they mislead customers on how long it actually takes, probably shipping from China. That's why I felt compelled to leave this review and finally reach a human in customer service.
Customer: I'm calling about order #12345. It's incredibly frustrating because you advertise a 6-day production time, and it's been weeks. My trip has passed, and I still don't have my glasses. Customer: This feels completely dishonest. You claim 6 days, but it’s been over three weeks, and your bot was no help at all. Where are my glasses, and why was I misled? CS Rep: I see your order here. It appears there was an unexpected delay in the lab. We are pushing for immediate fulfillment. As an apology, I can offer expedited shipping once they are ready and a partial refund for the inconvenience. Customer: So, no specific date, just "immediate fulfillment"? I need a concrete answer.
